This three-hour online workshop provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience with creating a Drupal sub-theme in order to customize the look-and-feel of a web site. The course will discuss several popular Drupal base themes and demonstrate how to leverage them to build a custom, robust theme.
Suggested prerequisites: It is suggested that attendees have a basic knowledge of Drupal themes and the files that compose them.
Prior to the workshop, students will be provided information about getting a sandbox environment up-and-running on either their local machine or via a (free) 3rd party hosting service.
