Enhancing Library Services with Social Media (SEFLIN)

Social media is one of the newest ways for libraries to connect to patrons, local resources, and the wider library community. It can be a low-cost, high-impact tool to enhance the services your library already provides, and to provide brand new services without a large dedication of staff or time. 

Attendees will learn:

  • Different kinds of social media and how libraries are using them successfully
  • How to choose the right kinds of social media for your library and implement them
  • How to be a successful social media administrator
  • How to create a social media policy

Staff from Florida libraries may register for this workshop at no charge. Priority will be given to SEFLIN members. Non-members will be placed on a waiting list and added as space permits after the registration deadline.
