SUMMARY:Non-Profiteers Unite!
DESCRIPTION:Chambers of Commerce have it all figured out when it comes to collaborating and promoting business.\nEach community Chamber has a structure\, membership\, a strategic plan all to support for-profit interests. They have a goal\, a presence in the community and a network of contacts that mutually support each other. So why not non-profits? Why can’t there be a community-wide organization for non-profiteers instead of the traditional silo approaches? \n\nThis presentation will provide a roadmap to:\nIdentifying fellow non-profits in your community\nHow to gather and collaborate with each other\nDetermining community-wide goals\nHow to implement them\nHow to sustain and further develop this community engagement initiative.\n\nThe nonprofits’ role in the community is as important as the profits; however\, many times it is difficult to go it alone. Whether it is due to budgets\, personnel\, infrastructure or political climate\, an organizational approach will have strength in numbers providing greater resources mutually shared by all. Non-Profiteers unite! This is your time! \nSpeaker: Gene Coppola
