It demystifies the technology for the participants so they have a positive learning experience. The program explores using synchronous collaboration tools (whiteboard, chat, audio, etc), synchronous learning ground rules, and creating the optimal desktop environment for online learning. This session is a pre -requisite to all other sessions.
