Passionate about moving libraries into the digital revolution, Deb uses social media, data analysis, guerilla tactics and traditional news to build interest and knowledge of library e-book, audiobook, and electronic resource collections. An outspoken advocate for libraries, she actively works with vendors to develop awareness of library needs for their systems. She encourages her staff to utilize technology to streamline processes and collaborate efficiently with the staff of 13 branches, allowing her department to do more with a shrinking workforce. The efforts of Deb’s department have put their library e-book collection circulation levels in the top 20 in the country.
