Building Your Confidence Muscle to Build a Stronger Team

June 10 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm CDT

If you look up the definition of confidence, you’ll see something along the lines of “self-assurance” or a mention of appreciating our own abilities and qualities. Perhaps it seems that should be a given in the library world, considering we are surrounded by knowledge. But maybe being surrounded by all that knowledge is exactly WHY our confidence muscle can atrophy! Because even though we know 😊, just one somewhat-negative interaction with a patron can leave our confidence muscle bruised and a little worse for wear. Let’s talk about how we can apply first aid and get that muscle back to full strength. By doing that, we can make our team even stronger than it already is! Don’t miss this opportunity for growth that will serve you well in all aspects of your life!
