Anchoring Relationships for Engaged, Supportive Communities

June 13 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am CDT

keynote event

How do you grow and sustain a community of actively engaged library users and supporters? The answer lies in building broad and deep relationships with the people we serve. When we face challenging circumstances, relationships are what help us weather the storm. This keynote will help us shift our mindset from marketing and promotion to one of relationship-building, empowering you to show your community the immense value of their library while also improving the relevance and impact of your services.
